Shipping & Returns

Standard tracked delivery is £4.95 and arrives within 2–3 working days. Express tracked delivery is £7.95 and arrives next working day when ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders over £100 ship free by express tracked delivery.

We ship to most European destinations within 5–7 working days. Fragrance is classed as a restricted item by some carriers and always travels by road, which can extend transit times. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

You may return any unopened, sealed item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original cellophane with the outer carton undamaged. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept opened or used fragrance unless it is faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Original delivery charges are refunded where the whole order is returned or the item was faulty.
